Using the website

Insurance requests and review

ExactMotor, operated by Sixteen Reconciliation Assets LLC, handles insurance requests directly. Submitting a request does not guarantee coverage, a quote, a particular premium, deductible, limit, insurer, or policy. Any available options depend on eligibility, driver and vehicle information, location, underwriting, applicable law, and the policy documents provided to you.

You authorize us to collect, review, verify, and use information you provide to assess and handle your insurance request, identify available coverage options, prevent fraud, administer an account, and provide customer support. Coverage becomes effective only as stated in the policy documents issued by the applicable insurer.

Text messages

Text enrollment is a separate optional choice and is not required to submit an insurance request or receive service. The current consent displayed next to the SMS checkbox is: “I agree to receive automated text messages from ExactMotor about the auto insurance request I submitted and my policy or account — quote-request confirmations, coverage-status updates, policy notices, and customer-service replies.
